You guys that don't know Tara leave her alone - the girl is hot - she enjoys life and gets on many programs that people who love to get it on. Besides - pictures can be tough to get in the right light - but don't worry - I will get a good pic of Tara when she comes to California next week....

How quickly we succumb to sticking the dagger into and flinging insults at the successful competitors in this industry in order to cover up our own insecurities and envious natures. How quickly we turn on our own when they reach the top and achieve the things we secretly desire.

What I find even more amusing is the fact that the insults originate mostly from men who have yet to display their bodies or faces. It's an interesting phenomenon...the behavior of the men on this board. Y'all are cattier than girls. Shame, shame.

We should be applauding Tara for bringing a little bit of the bodybuilding industry into the mainstream world and representing us well. I'm positive she'll come across with grace and intelligence.

I'm pretty positive he meant that she is selected for television programs that others probably wouldn't turn down if the offer had been extended their way.

It's always a challenge for most you clowns to be happy for others. Tara is in our "bodybuilding" community and has done more for it then the vast majority of you. If you knew her wouldn't be on here bagging on her.

Comments on her facial looks are out of place of course, since it's a physique culture we're in. As long as there are no facial changes, what's going on with the face has no relevance IMO.

But comments on how Tara Scotti's physique looks, are part of the game, as long as she is part of the physique culture. How could you NOT agree on something like that?

If the gut/tummy/stomach/abs/midsection or whatever, on a male athlete is hanging out, he will be called on it. Why shouldn't a female?

It's a shame that the critisism tends to turn into bashing sessions with keyboard warriors who seems to think it's all about creating the funniest insult/lowest blow.

Because crap like that gives the Pro's the opportunity to dodge the difficult questions, and rather engage in bashings, which are easy to handle.

Thank you for the compliments guys. Jodi, Ron, Isaac etc..........

I am not trying out to be on every reality type show, or take meaningless jobs. Fear Factor was for a possible Million. I don't know what tax bracket some of you guys are in to pass that up. But I can't say no to that. Unfortunately I am not a good swimmer and I came up short ( ok ok, I almost drowned )

The Comedy Central thing isn't huge by any means. But the people who asked me to do it have their hand in a lot of other cool projects. Maybe something else can come of it. I am a realist, I am not 18 year old acting student trying to become the next superstar. I am a 30+ fitness girl. I don't have any high hopes of being a star. I am only working with what I got, just trying to have a little fun.....Bare with me........

Good point Hedge. I 100% agree. I also know my weak points. ( Quads, hams ) I really don't have a gut. I promise. I do think I am guilty of exhaling at the wrong time, every time a candid pic is being taken

Posts get deleted because some people get a joy in tearing people down without offering any criticism, and truly don't care about the accomplishments of someone no matter what they do. Tara is getting on another television show because she tries. Hundreds of other people always ask how can they get attention or much needed publicity (men or women included), and they don't go anywhere. Publicity is important, and recognition is cool.

Some of you need to learn to praise, and not just complain on every post. Learn to help the industry, to support people who push hard to get somewhere, to strive for accomplishment.

Ron, I will agree that some go overboard with the negative criticism, but please, don't ever let this place become Muscle Mayhem.

The one thing that seperates this site from Mayhem is freedom of speech. When that leaves, so will your core membership.
