super wide shoulders, 22" calves, 23" arms and good quads. All he lacked IMO was a big enough back and consistent conditioning

Get your shit straight. Mike did not suffer from any major heart attack nor a stroke. He's doing fine

He did have serious blockage and required emergency surgery to get the oxygen flow returned to normal after he had shortness of breath.  Many have said his recovery is slow but he is doing a lot better after major heart surgery.

Mike was the man!  Huge arms and calves and a confident intense personality to go with it.  He also had huge broad shoulders.  He was truly a beast!

Yes I met him one of the nicest guys around, he had a triple bypass he had 2 80% blockages and 1 75% blockage. He was near death but thankfully he recovered but he cannot compete no longer because his heart can't take the stress
