Also do you have any information about these "Alumni contracts", I'm unfamiliar with them. I know she had a Legends contract, which is for licensing rights and some public appearances. FYI these aren't real big money maker deals.

A Legends and an Alumni contract are pretty much the same thing.....and Sunny honestly was never that famous.  How she got into the Hall of Fame is weird.  She was fired from just about every promotion including the WWE for drugs and fighting.  But she is under a contract with the WWE....no telling what the details are but its likely one designed to keep her out of trouble
