Not bad. Kinda racist light. The race hatred you could mix with a good bourbon. Make mine with at least 3 fingers. Call it the Jefferson.
I would think the "Monticello" would have a better ring to it.

Whereas you posted this as a dig on black people, the Chinese man has a point. And this is why the Chinese will rape Africa, just like the Euros did.

At least the Chinese are willing to invest in Africa.  What other country is investing and building infrastructure in Africa?

Investing in Africa!!! Lol!!! It's a deception, they are only investing so that they can take the raw materials out. You need grab the Cliff's notes of The Art of War.

And last time I checked the Brits and French had set up infrastructure, language, and Euro style of government/judicial system when they colonized...

Yes, and as this documentary points out, the infrastructure was completely destroyed.  That's why the Chinese are rebuilding it.

Again, so that they can get the raw materials and goods out of African countries and back to China. It is an ends to a means. Again, the second raping of Africa, and once again Africans are aiding their new masters.

I don't know, some people grow up not wanting to live in a big city. Some people like to live a humble life on a farm.

Maybe a lot of these folks are like that? I can appreciate not wanting to live the type A wallstreet banker lifestyle in continual pursuit of wealth.

China does exactly the same thing with Australia. Why is mining and oil exploration in Africa an issue?  The Africans don't know how to mine themselves so they let foreign companies do it for them?  They're not victims, they're free to ban all foreign companies from entering and yet they welcome them.

Nigeria exports a lot of oil. And there are plenty of Africans who go to engineering school and know how to mine the minerals and get the oil. It's not a matter of knowing, it's the matter of doing and the fact that many of the nations are run by corrupt dictators/eff ups that would rather be paid off or have tons of guns and keep power (among many of things) than see their people (or Africans of other ethnicities) rise. We all know the saying of absolute power.

Also, your last point, no one called them "victims". Quite a pathetic word to use.
Africans captured and sold their own into slavery.
And Africans will sell their own land into slavery, and kill off their own wildlife for the Chinese.

Do not justify the Chinese and what they do.

Nigeria is free to tell every foreign oil company to pack up and leave.  You're implying that they're victims by saying Africa is being raped.  I don't believe they are victims at all.

I know there are African Engineers, I worked with a woman who was a Chemical engineer from Africa.  Where is the Nigerian oil company like Brazil has Petrobraz and Columbia has Ecopetrol.

They do have a victim mentality though, they still blame all their problems on colonialism, racism, Europeans, imperialism and neo-imperialism but never look at themselves and the corrupt and inefficient governments their own people often re-elect.

They are complicit in their own demise aka rape, just as they were complicit in the enslavement of their own people.

They do have a victim mentality though, they still blame all their problems on colonialism, racism, Europeans, imperialism and neo-imperialism but never look at themselves and the corrupt and inefficient governments their own people often re-elect.
I would have to say that many of the ones in charge and their underlings do. Many of the Africans that I went to university with didn't share that.
You can point to that as a reason for certain things, but not as an excuse. I was recently talking to an African from Gambia and he stated that the ones in charge stamp out any thought of regime change or doing things to benefit the people. Any and everything must be to benefit them and keep them in power.

The use of colonialism is an excuse to play the victim and to be "saved".

Mugabe had famously stated  "Look East instead of Looking west", well how about looking to themselves.

Rape by definition is non-consensual, no?

Legal mining, oil exploration, manufacturing, and construction by Chinese companies is now considered rape.  Even if it is encouraged and welcomed by the governments and citizens of these countries.

Just look at Bill Cosby for your answer.

How about this, you pay for front door, but sneak in backdoor. No agreement for backdoor, and you force it. Now what is that?

And as you said, encouraged by the corrupt governments who get payoffs and bribed. Not encouraged by the actual people.

Weak, Parker. Most/many of his accusers say they never consented and claimed to be unconscious. True or not, it certainly nullifies your comparison. Wordplay is all.

Yet China's fault?

Seems you're just upset ANYONE has the nerve to mine resources in Africa other than Africans, who are clearly incapable of handling their own shit. All legit, legal contracts and all, but they're the bad guys because of this shithole's OWN corruption. Oldest f'n civilization on the planet and just look at the God-forsaken place.

Perhaps they're simply beyond help and China's just fine with a little Internet criticism.

To be frank (Bad as "In all honesty"?), Boss Chinaman is quite the bullyish grouch. But considering what he's dealing with there, he still doesn't quite hit me as the villain he might be in another setting.

And I'd like to say his pissy attitude wouldn't be tolerated in a developed nation, but haven't we all worked for a guy like this before?

+1. For the naysayers, look at their intervention in Zambian politics and particularly with Michael Sata.

chinese mine for their own. Not for anybody else, and make it seem like they are helping Africans. And then what happens next? Next up is colonizing it, then human rights abuse. Oh, the whole "please help us from the Chinese". It's like many of you all have never read The Art of War when it refers to deception.

The Europeans sure did mine African "resources"...called their people. Then divided up Africa like slices of pie, and had their own colonies. So, what was the result? In the New World after slavery you had a population that you didn't know what to do with, and in Africa/North Africa you have streams of immigrants now coming back to their colonial "headquarters".

Africans need to learn to stop being everybody's charity case and go to mule. Nobody respects the charity case, nobody respects black Africans, and nobody really likes them, only pretend to like them in order to get what they want.

But, I guess it's ok with you. Mother Africa, used and abused like usual.
