if anyone knows about impending felony charges, it'd be Tom Delay.

What, was Rod Blagojevich unavailable for comment?

Tom DeLay was the source.   Did you read the article you posted?   He's the one making this claim.

So how is that changing the subject?    The entire article is "TOM DELAY SAYS..."  and Tom Delay is a multiple convicted felon.

Uhm... The FBI doesn't file indictments. I find it hard to take seriously an article that suggests they do. With that said, I do hope the case ends up before the Grand Jury. The wanton and brazen mishandling of highly classified data is beyond shocking. As I said in a previous post, people have been prosecuted for much less.

1. It has been and is on Fox...

2. It was one of the leading headlines on Drudge, you know Drudge. The biggest online source for politics!

3. Oh, you mean the same Tom Delay that was set up by the Dems? That Tom Delay? BTW, one my current clients worked closely with Delay during that time. If I mentioned his name, you might know him. As a matter of fact we train the entire family.

The FBI can only refer charges to the DOJ/AG. They can't convene the grand jury to indict. The FBI would not refer charges unless they knew they could get an indictment. However, and its been explained everywhere, regardless of what the FBI thinks or is sure it can get, its up to Lynch and really Obama, what happens. The interesting thing is, and what I believe, they'll leak the whole friggen thing if Lynch back's out and does not seek a grand jury indictment. I think they could fry her but its almost as bad if it leaks, there's never a judgement and it never looks like the "system" is badgering a poor and sickly old WOMAN.

Right?  That's what liberals always do.  No getting around how serious this thing is.

not sure how pointing out the 'source' for this article is a multiple felon is somehow 'unrelated' to the article.

His history is very relevant.  If he had broken five previous news stories, he'd have greater credibility.  If he had, say, been sent to prison for laundering money, well...

All the shit on Delay was complete bullshit. It was the minority libs in Austin playing games....

In 2005, DeLay was indicted in Austin on criminal charges of conspiracy to violate election law in 2002 by a Travis County grand jury after having waived his rights under the statutes of limitations. In accordance with Republican Caucus rules, DeLay temporarily resigned from his position as House Majority Leader, and later, after pressure from fellow Republicans, announced that he would not seek to return to the position. He was convicted in January 2011 and sentenced to three years in prison but was free on bail while appealing his conviction. The trial court's judgment was overturned by the Texas Court of Appeals, an intermediate appellate court, on September 19, 2013, with a ruling that "the evidence in the case was 'legally insufficient to sustain DeLay's convictions'", and DeLay was formally acquitted.[1] The State of Texas appealed the acquittal to the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, which heard oral arguments on June 18, 2014.[2][3] On October 1, 2014, the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals affirmed the appellate court decision overturning DeLay's conviction, concluding in an 8–1 ruling that the state failed to prove that the corporate contributions at issue violated the Texas Election Code.[4]

He didn't do what they said he did.....it was the libs last gasp in Texas, taking a guy down. The point of this particular story was that Delay stepped down under pressure from his side. If that had been a Dem, they would have defended him until the end and he never would have stepped down until they jailed him.

Some are saying Bloomberg has secret access to law enforcement files - and knows Hilary will be indicted - hence he is talking about running for President.

Coach, sound accurate?
