:: TODAY'S THE DAY ::
American families without gov't or employer-based health insurance have until midnight tonight to purchase a plan for 2016. Those who miss the deadline, and who do not qualify for an exemption, will come face-to-face with the ever-escalating penalty built into the "Affordable Healthcare" law.
Anyone without coverage in 2016 will be slapped, by their government, with a tax penalty of $695 per adult, $347.50 per child younger than 18 living in the home or pay 2.5% of the yearly household income to the gov't as a penalty - whichever is greater.
You may thank your super-majority, filibuster-proof, Democrat-controlled Senate, House and Oval Office (of 2010) for this gift.
You are welcome.
