90 precincts - or 5% of them which are still outstanding -

well, it turns out the dem party of iowa didn't bother staffing them?  No oversight.   No staffing.  E-voting using smart phones?  LOL  Complete opportunity for fraud.  No witnesses to the numbers claimed there. 

Anyone want to bet clintons people are out there giving her the win right now?

what a clusterfck.  Hilary declares a win, gives a speech, and gets on a plane.  Wash Post prints an article/tweet declaring her the winner (since deleted).

they're tied with 5% unreported.  Sanders claimed the Dem Party has nobody there.  The party actually "encouraged THE CAMPAIGNS to try to find the people working at these 90 precincts and "wake them up and get their results".
