I'm no advocate of glass, expressed my opinion on her numerous times about him but if u are a bber it's pointless to lift like guys like Ronnie, branch this late in their careers, heavy here and there yes, but every other work out is pointless

I see a diff culture here in Texas compared to California imo, all these tx fools do are mostly ego lifting, branch and Ronnie had much to do with it I reckon

Love all these guys who champion using crazy heavy poundage for accessory-type movements but seem to not have a lot of motivation to use exceptional weight on a basic one like squats.

Branch does shallow reps on that exercise with 4-500 pounds. Considering his gear use, that's not too impressive.

Why not get your ass to the floor with 600 pounds, Branch?

Now THAT would impress.

It's easy to go bananas on dainty-ass movements that don't put one's ego/rep on the line. Cheat your ass off on laterals. Whoopie-do.

I think Charles Glass has a very good training philosophy. The man is still in shape and trains people.

Belted side laterals should be done early in your workout before any fatigue sets in to ensure safety.
