Piana's vids are kind of funny if you fast forward through them but he is not looking good at all. He can barely walk from hip and knee pain and I hope he is taking bp and cholesterol meds. Def making $$ from his yt views.

His face looks horrible. How can he be lean and his face looks water logged and puffy like a dialysis patient? I'd expect a much different looking face attached to a fairly lean body.

I don't think he's really lean. He simply did a carb depletion, loaded back up and took the shots when looking full from the carbs and some pump sets in the gym.

Some vascularity (remind you of someone...) does not mean you're really that lean.
