I have a friend who does train but always had a problem with eating. He ended up 160+kg.
Went in to have a lot of his stomach removed to help reduce his weight so it would stop him eating so much. He's now down to 89kg or so. He said he couldn't believe he had so much to lose and could easily go below 80kg still.
Point is, these fatasses don't know shit. Unless you get ripped you don't realise how much you have to drop.
