Just bought these olympic dumbbell handles on Craigslist

$25 on Craigslist. Almost no rust. Nice contoured handles. Sleeves rotate smoothly. I'm not sure who the manufacturer is.... Nicer than I had anticipated.

I would put four 35's on each side of each handle and then do seated side laterals. That's what I would do.

That would appear to be a great buy for that price. :)

I love hard to find things like that.  I just won a Barbell Storage rack on EBAY for $30.  Was going to strip it back and repaint and try and flog it off to my mate who runs the local gym, he always has bars just leaning against the wall all jumbled and unorganised.

Yeah, I have a thing for old school heavy duty equipment.  I bought this leg extension last year on ebay for $3.50 (yes that's right 3 dollars and fifty cents) and refurbished it and sold it the next week for $400.  I spent a good day on it cleaning it up, I was pretty happy with the end result.
