Arnold seems to have that playfulness still in him. I hope I can walk around town and go excercise like Arnold at his age. Can't ask for more.

Great vid.

Unfortunately, as a group, their generation did not adhere to a health and fitness lifestyle. Most people their age are broken down wrecks who can barely walk much less ride a bike or workout in a gym.

this is the clip from Pumping Iron

what would be cool if they did this exact same thing today and by that I mean just repeating the movement (not with the same weight), Arnold spotting Franco on a free weight bench press

It's amazing how much buzz this video has got, even Arnold working out now is more interesting than the current lot. He should put out some proper full length videos of his whole workouts.
