Good that they work for you but I've never liked these because I always felt a tendon was going to snap just above my elbow when I got near 200 lbs.
I much prefer standing ez bar french press with full range down to back of neck.  In my mid 50's and keep below 150 for sets of 12 without joint or tendon pain.

I'm old bro. can't train legs any more. once did one set with 405 for 20 reps in the squat. breathing squats. hardest thing i ever did. videos cameras weren't even invented yet, so no video.

Good weight, looking strong.
I like these too but lower the bar just above above the head so it touches the crown of the head and pause there briefly, safer and feel it more.

Just getting work done Adonis. Wrist straps, knee sleeves, leather belt, chalk, sweat rags.
Barbell clips, neck harness. Who in the fuck would I carry all the stuff without a gym bag??????
Last back workout was:
Close grip pull downs- 7 sets. 4 warm ups
One arm dumbbell rows- 4 working sets- up to 120s
Bent over rows on smith machine- three plates each side
Rack pulls- 4 sets- 405 each set
Machine rows- 4 sets
Wide grip pull downs- 4 sets- 30 seconds rest

That's why I use a gym bag, to carry my stuff😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
