But other than Ronnie's "unbelievable" vid, I don't think I ever watched any bodybuilder vid from start to finish.

Levrone's 2002 posing routine was rock star like and gives me big time chills when I watch it. Makes me wanna diet and do a show, then I snap back to reality when I think of how shitty I look with real low bf levels.

So I keep talking shit here...

Big tris=big bench right? Well, Levrone had big tris. His chest wasn't the biggest.

Yep all good benchers have big triceps, big bench numbers is all in the tris

Kevin is still doing 405 these days and 315 like it's a warm up

It's sad that one has to watch the older vids just to be awed. The new guys vids have no intensity, no life. Just boring. And their muscle quality lacks the 3D look, hardness, and detail.

Ronnie suffers from delusions, he took his body too far, especially when his body was telling him to slow down. He said that he knew something was up when he chest and lats didn't pop the same. Right then and there he should have backed down. Actually, maybe he should have backed off when he had that blown disk.
