Vegans who exercise the diet for perceived nutritional value (if there is any?) is one thing, and I guess that is their choice and one I respect.

But doing it to "Save animals" is obviously fucking stupid.

"Vegan Gains" eats like 5-6000 cals a day in fruits and vegtables.

uses just as much an "environmental footprint" a month with all the eating then hydro electric he wastes making videos and playing call of duty as a moderate meat, fish and poultry eater
