Lagging parts and lagging genetics are two seperate things. Lee's made the best of what he was born with and is an excellent bodybuilder.

This is where it's clear who has the genes for bodybuilding. At his age, holding that amount of muscle mass is a rarity. Even on tons of steroids.

Even with 19 he looked quite "grown up". Later on the moustache sealed the deal.
