You can still make a lot of money in real estate or loans but employers are getting pretty good at finding ways not to pay good sales people.  You can still make money if you have a talent for it and you work hard but it ain't like the old days.  You work twice as hard for less than half as much.

Naw coding is the best and easiest. They are plenty of people from India in an ex company I used to work for that the only thing they knew how to do was code.

Take free programming classes on Udemy.com. I'd start with HTML, CSS, and Javascript, then move on to Node.JS, then maybe an object oriented language like Java and eventually get into android development and asp.net MVC or Java Spring framework, you can get a job if you master ASP.NET MVC or Java Spring very easily that pays 60k plus as a entry level role.

Very difficult field to break into.  Mandatory successful B2B sales experience.  Many of these once cherished jobs have had salaries downjusted for new hires.

Yup. I'd hang myself if I had to type on a keyboard all day unless it was for Getbig.

If you want an easy job in sales you will NEVER make good money.

Sales is very straightforward... you earn your money. If you aren't willing to truly do hard work then you won't do well in sales.

Anyone can be a real estate agent and you certainly can make good money. But how many real estate agents are there? They can be some of the laziest people but for a variety of reasons you don't starve financially but you absolutely just don't walk into a 6 figure career.

Plain and simple, if you want an easy job with good money then sales is not for you.

My bro has a GED (and criminal record) and makes 120-140k being a wine and liquor salesman. He is also in a union!

Bear in mind he got this from a family connection, a second cousin of ours. This is not a widely available position he has.

It isn't any more...but the most skate sales job that ever existed up to the late 80's was selling commercial time on broadcasting stations.

I have personally seen salesmen take turns taking faxes off the machine...fill out the form for the commercial time...

and drop it in the "OUT" box...all with commission...
