Truth. This works well on You Tube. There's no doubt about it. The old internet marketing days of the late 90's to early 2000's in which you "provided value" to people are done! People have all the damn info they need about nutrition and  training for free, whether from free articles or actually associating with people in a gym. Making money online these days is most efficiently done with a trifecta of gossip, confrontation, and entertainment.
