I'm sure this situation went down exactly like this young lady and her lawyer say it did.  Too bad they didn't get any photos of her horrendous injuries.

Lo, she is just a child that was involved in "some incident".  Had nothing to do with her I'm sure.  Just an innocent bystander.  A victim...blameless, helpless.
