Oh, you read every single word, queer. You're just dumbstruck and have already run out of responses. I thought I was so easy?

You're a conceited, insecure little clown that spends all his free time on this board posing as a know it all. I'm on this board a lot. More than I should be. But it took me over ten years to reach 10,000 posts, you exceeded that amount in in four years.

What a loser you are? All your time posting on Getbig and jacking off to gay porn, but at least you still save some precious moments getting on all fours with your ass up when your boyfriend comes over.

You have the most narrow shoulders I've ever seen you make a guy like White Widow appear massive. You look like some retired lady boy who sucked cock for over 3 decades in Thailand, have developed the most advanced stage of Palumboisms of anyone on this forum.

I don't why you would care but you do. You care a lot. That's why your feelings were so hurt when I gave props to Flint. If you didn't care then you wouldn't have commented with your homosexual imagery. My guess is that you are an insecure little child. You go through life sizing up other men convincing yourself that you look better. That's the major theme of so many of your post. How you compare to other men.

It's both insecurity and the internal battle you have with yourself regarding your homosexuality.

And hang in there. You sound like you're having a mental breakdown. I'm not done with you.

Care to elaborate why rep range has anything to do with time under tension?

Because  training with slow negatives will not result in strength gains. And increasing the load is necessary to keep gaining size.  The Soviets found that in order to achieve strength  the lifts had to be performed at a moderate tempo

I thought that slow negatives results in size and strength enhancement, more so than the positive movement. But a slow negative will hinder strength performance, meaning you can move more weight doing it fast.

You mentioned TUT in relation to growth in your last post, now you mention strength??

The two do not always go together.
Some guys with very little muscle are strong and some guys with a lot of muscle are average strength.
Strength has much more to do with tendon strength, momentum and leverage than muscle size.

Increasing intensity is what gains you size, the load isnt the only factor.

I don't think we will ever really know bro because real world is so much different. Branch warren aint exactly training with controlled eccentrics  on his incline benches and he has the freakiest densest chest around. One could easily make the argument that all  those years of ballistic  405 incline presses are the reason for that, or is it a coincidence? maybe he just had more muscle fibers to begin with in his pecs? Nobody knows..

From what I have read from the work of Louie Simmons a lot of world class lifters experimented with eccentric training  back in the 60's and 70's and from what I could find most of them got weaker or got injured.

I never denied the bold at all.

The body has a defense mechanism that keeps it from activating all its muscle fibers to protect itself from heavy weights, and the only way to break this defense mechanism down is training with reps greater than 90%.  Most bodybuilders never train in this rep range, so they're weak as fuck for the amount of muscle they carry. But in actuality  they're muscles and tendons are stronger than most top powerlifters. They just can't tap into any of it.

Define intensity? All we know is that shorter rest periods between sets increase  GH and test production....and from the research we have not even that much.
