Yes, what people don't realize is that NO ONE has an original thought or idea. Everyone gets their information from somewhere--journal articles, books, news, social media. So, while people may not directly copy and paste evidence, they are still copying and pasting their evidence from somewhere.

I wonder why Republicans (who are champion states rights only when convenient), want the Federal Government to come in and spend billions on building and then maintaining a wall as a money suck for decades to come.

Why not let States Rights do this one as well?  If a state wants a wall, let each state build one.  ROFLMAO!

Everyone copies and pastes. Either you copy and paste an article you read or you copy and paste from whats in your brain from something you read on facebook lol. Both are exactly the same. I have absolutely no problem with copying and pasting evidence from peer-reviewed journals. Id rather do that than post evidence from social media.

Yet Social Media might sometimes be closer to the truth? You can't trust the MSM anymore. It is just propaganda day and night, with some truth sprinkled in between.

The pope is clearly batting for the same team as Merkel. They are all answering to their globalist masters.

The money we would save on social programs, welfare, educational and medical systems by stopping illegal immigration would pay for the wall 1,000 times over

The idea the U.S. couldn't fund and build the wall is Liberal bullshit

O really?  ???

The U.S. Social Security Administration estimated that in 2013 undocumented immigrants—and their employers—paid $13 billion in payroll taxes alone for benefits they will never get. They can receive schooling and emergency medical care, but not welfare or food stamps.

http://money.cnn.com/2014/11/20/news/economy/immigration-myths/

Myth # 1: They don't pay taxes

Undocumented immigrants are already U.S. taxpayers.

Collectively, they paid an estimated $10.6 billion to state and local taxes in 2010, according to the Institute on Taxation and Economic Policy (ITEP), a research organization that works on tax policy issues. Contributions varied by state. In Montana they contributed $2 million. In California, more than $2.2 billion. On average they pay about 6.4% of their income in state and local taxes, ITEP said.

A 2007 Congressional Budget Office (CBO) report on the impact of undocumented immigrants on the budgets of local and state governments cited IRS figures showing that 50% to 75% of the about 11 million unauthorized U.S. immigrants file and pay income taxes each year.

Myth # 2: They don't pay into Social Security

The truth is that undocumented immigrants contribute more in payroll taxes than they will ever consume in public benefits.

Take Social Security. According to the Social Security Administration (SSA), unauthorized immigrants -- who are not eligible to receive Social Security benefits -- have paid an eye-popping $100 billion into the fund over the past decade.

"They are paying an estimated $15 billion a year into Social Security with no intention of ever collecting benefits," Stephen Goss, chief actuary of the SSA told CNNMoney. "Without the estimated 3.1 million undocumented immigrants paying into the system, Social Security would have entered persistent shortfall of tax revenue to cover payouts starting in 2009," he said.

Myth #3: They drain the system

Undocumented immigrants do not qualify for welfare, food stamps, Medicaid, and most other public benefits. Most of these programs require proof of legal immigration status and under the 1996 welfare law, even legal immigrants cannot receive these benefits until they have been in the United States for more than five years.

Myth # 4: They take American jobs

The American economy needs immigrant workers.

The belief that immigrants take jobs that can otherwise be filled by hard-working Americans has been disputed by an overwhelming number of economic research studies and data.

Removing the approximately 8 million unauthorized workers in the United States would not automatically create 8 million job openings for unemployed Americans, said Daniel Griswold, director of the Cato Institute's Center for Trade Policy Studies, in his 2011 testimony before the House Judiciary Sub-committee on Immigration Policy and Enforcement.

The reason, according to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, is two-fold. For one, removing millions of undocumented workers from the economy would also remove millions of entrepreneurs, consumers and taxpayers. The economy would actually lose jobs. Second, native-born workers and immigrant workers tend to possess different skills that often complement one another.

According to Griswold, immigrants, regardless of status, fill the growing gap between expanding low-skilled jobs and the shrinking pool of native-born Americans who are willing to take such jobs. By facilitating the growth of such sectors as retail, agriculture, landscaping, restaurants, and hotels, low-skilled immigrants have enabled those sectors to expand, attract investment, and create middle-class jobs in management, design and engineering, bookkeeping, marketing and other areas that employ U.S. citizens.

America's unions support the president's executive action. "For far too long, our broken immigration system has allowed employers to drive down wages and working conditions in our country," the AFL-CIO says on its website. "The brunt of the impact has been born by immigrant workers, who face the highest rates of wage theft, sexual harassment, and death and injury on the job."

Well Bitchtits.......then there is the first $13 billion toward building the wall.

Have that fucker paid off in no time!

Now garnish all money transfers from the U.S. to Mexico unless there is a legitimate SSN involved from the sender!

And limit the number of dependents the illegals claim on their W-2 to limit their tax exposure.

Most importantly.....deport all 36,000,000 of them. Wipe out the teat sucking liberal voting base for decades to come

Do you even math?

http://www.theatlantic.com/politics/archive/2015/03/the-conservative-case-against-enforcing-immigration-laws/387004/

The study, which the American Action Forum plans to publish later on Friday, tests a rather straightforward proposition frequently offered by opponents of comprehensive immigration reform: How much would it cost to "immediately and fully enforce current law"—that is, to deport all undocumented immigrants while preventing another wave of people from entering illegally?

The answer, researchers found, is quite a lot, both to taxpayers and the economy more broadly. Removing all 11.2 million undocumented immigrants, both forcibly and through Mitt Romney's infamous "self-deportation" policy, would take about 20 years and cost the government between $400 billion and $600 billion. The impact on the economy would be even larger, according to the study: Real GDP would drop by nearly $1.6 trillion and the policy would shave 5.7 percent off economic growth. Researchers Laura Collins and Ben Gitis also write that their estimates are conservative, since they do not include, for example, the cost of constructing new courts, prisons, and other buildings that might be needed to process and detain millions of immigrants.

"researchers estimate".......in other words, a wild ass fucking guess.

Weak excuses by weak people who want someone else to pay for their disregard for the law.

In this brilliant analysis how is the value for the reduction in crime, murder, sexual assaults, major drug offenses, and bankrupting of our medical and education systems determined?

You've posted a biased estimate like it is truth. You really are a retard with tits....

Small change compared to the damage the illegals do to the economy.

Deport, seize their assets, and auction off their belongings.

You would break even without taking into account the removal of the drain on our social programs.

Walter, research is never 100% accurate. Researchers ESTIMATE that the world is roughly 4.something billion years old, but it cant ever say, "The world is exactly 4.1849232 billion years old." Research is not a perfect process. It depends if youre using a .05, .01, or .001 confidence interval. Their estimate is probably close enough to give a general depiction.

ps - I have no say in this argument, just providing you an answer from a research-based perspective.
