Are you sure about that? "On", used to this context, refers to a function of time. That's why you would say "I need you to be 'on' time." Instead of "I need you to be 'in' time". Or say, "The game is "on" Sunday" instead of "The game is 'in' Sunday."

"In" refers to inclusion within a space or a place. Say, I specified a day. Would I say he was born "on" the 19th or born "in" the 19th. I was born "on" a Monday or I was born "in" a Monday.

Say, I included the exact day of Robbie's birth. Would I say, "Robbie was born 'on' May 24th 1946" or "Robbie was born 'in' May 24th 1946."?

I remember solving (or trying to solve) a Math problem on a test during my college day. The solution was running long and I was running out of room. So I wrote "continues in back" and my professor using a red pen scratched the in and wrote in a big "ON" instead.

BTW, I am looking forward to watching UFC 196 which is being held "on" March 5th, 2016.

He still looks great but many people don't realize how short Robbie really is. It is easier to maintain what appears to be a balanced physique in pics when you are shorter.

I know that Mike claimed to only have 18 5/8" arms, but that must have been competition weight. Robbie claimed 20.5" at his peak. He may have had less, just going on what they both claimed.

I'm also about the same height. I was 5'10" (more 5'9.5" these days). I've weighed as much as 240. I look best at a lower bodyweight too (200 pounds). Quantity doesn't always equal quality.

Nowadays, bbers in the 5'9" - 5'10" height routinely get over 260l lbs off season. How did Arnold get so big at over six feet and didn't seem to get over 250 lbs off season?

Because he would get off the juice in the  off season, then step on the gas for contest prep. Kevin Levrone style.

When he got off juice he got smaller. Barely 210 lbs. At 250 lbs he was huge.It's only in '75 and '80 that he grew into a show. In the early 70s when bbing was his main focus he was pretty huge year round.

Robby is or at least was 5'8". I have stood next to him a couple of times I am a little over 5'9" and was about an inch, taller. Saw him in the Florida Pro Cup were he got 2nd to Mentzer. Looked like he was carved out of black marble. He should have won.

I wasn't mistaken, dude is hitting the pedal to the metal, getting in shape for a summer (I think he will guest pose somewhere in Europe soon):





Pretty much could still wipe the floor on a national level in his height/weight division of classic bodybuilding.
