the receptors
« on: February 28, 2016, 12:51:56 PM »
I know it varies from person to person.... Not sure how to explain it in english but im going to give it a try. For what i understand.. You start a cycle, you grow then you stop growing, because your receptors get saturated, right ?? So how long do i have to cruise to make my receptors fresh again, so i can gain again ?

receptors dont get saturated, this is bullshit and has been proven wrong a billion times bro ;)

androgen receptors actually increase the more AAS you use.

if you stop gaining then its homeostatis (cortisol, myostatin increases) or adaptation to calories / muscle mass
raise food and AAS... deload, then increase workout intensity too etc.

Thats nice to hear :) always thought that, because i have heard people say that often.

Last blast i was taking to much IMO and i rather dont want to do that again.. What about i just cruise everytime i stop gaining for 4-5 weeks. could that work ?

I don't even understand why I am asking this question when I know the answer. It's like I have to get conformation from someone else.. I'm sure it works

If you stop growing try eating another 100 grams of protein daily and forget about receptors.

Ya can't train balls to the walls all year. I find a "down period" of training maintenance is needed to be ready for another while of "going hard" so, cruise when ya don't go so crazy is now I see it.

Could maybe live a year or two longer, dunno...

just switch you shit up anyway you can.  Hell i go a wk gulping down mass amounts of carbs,  killing at the gym then maybe i will randomly take a 4 day wknd and just barely eat and forget the gym.  shit like this has helped me drastically, now im not saying this is something to do frequently. Just once in every few wks i will totally switch shit up for 4 to 7 days then go back on my schedule.
