I work at a restaurant with my girl (we are 20) and there is this one Spanish dishwasher we work with who is about 17-19 years old. For the last few weeks we've been working at this place which just opened, he's been checking my girl out in front of me and not even caring I see. I personally just let it go but it was little by little nagging at me and I'm pretty sure he took a picture of her ass on one occasion when I wasn't there because I saw him and the other dishwasher looking at his phone and laughing and looking at my girl after. Yesterday I saw him whistling at my girl as she walked out of the kitchen and blowing her kisses while she wasn't looking so I confronted him and told him if he didn't stop we were going to have a problem he seemed pretty scared and said ok but today I saw him checking my girl out on the way back to the kitchen and yelled at him again and told him to watch himself then he did it again so I grabbed him and slammed him up against the wall and told him next time he does it I'm going to break his jaw and rip him in half but told him in Spanish since he doesn't speak English well. I let him go and all he did was smile and was like ok come on. What would you do if you were in my place? Wait for the boss to disappear and then deck him in the face? Or get your girl to tell the boss she is uncomfortable at work because of him? Or let it go?
So I'm in college and work at a restaurant in a country club and I have 2 bosses. i have been picked on and singled out for about a good 2 months now by one particular boss, he'll say things like "you know I worry for you because I don't think you'll ever make it in life" or "you are the biggest idiot I've ever met" "your girlfriend must be awesome at making life choices for dating you" "you have got to be fucking kidding me how much stupider can you get" and more comments like that.
They are giving me the empty/never seated sections of the restaurant and give me tables that don't tip a lot. Also I have the lowest hourly out of every server, even a new person there who got hired a month after me got a higher starting pay for no reason.
How do I deal with this situation.
My other boss is the one who gives me horrible sections and then I get blamed for everything even if it has nothing to with me like someone forgetting to do their side work before they leave.
Worst part is I work with my girl and he takes everything she does out on me too. The other day she forgot to dump out the tea and wash the container so instead of telling her, he tells me to go scrub it for 10 minutes solely because I'm her boyfriend. We also have a man that comes in once a month and he tips so much money (over 100 dollars) that they have a list on which server gets him next.
I was supposed to be next on the list but he skipped me and gave it to a guy who had just had him then gave it to my girl today and claimed he completely forgot about me. The worst part is he seats me the very old and cheap tippers and Asians/Blacks because he thinks they don't tip well and thinks I don't notice.
Then when I got a big table a few days ago (15 people) he tells me that my girl will be taking 5 of them because it's a big table and then yesterday a table of 14 comes in and he gives it to my girl and tells me not to go near that table because she can handle it on her own.
Pretty sure he isn't in Ibiza getting the girls.
