I knew for sure because this 50 year old guy had a 5% KILL IT t-shirt on, a 5% tattoo on the back of his neck, NRA hat, and was carrying 25% bodyfat.
I almost fell off the stairmaster.

I actually saw a black guy with one of those things a few weeks back. He had mixed some colourful, pre workout crap into the jug and was sipping it in between sets.

I think real felons know what's a "con" and they would see right through this "carny/snake oil" bullshit very easily

then again (and I'm not bragging when I say this) but I've known a couple of stereotypical, legit East coast con men and they would easily see right through all that bullshit....mind you----none of these guys I grew up with that did time don't lift weights or have face tattoos....they have pot belly's and have never stepped in a gym ....I wouldn't fuck with any of those guys and they would easily make mince meat of these flat brimmed hat wearing types

Are you really going to drink all the water at the gym? Even if you're recording daily water intake, you can't add up fl oz?

It is supposed to adjust the pH balance of water. Alkaline Water is suppose to be healthier because it doesn't make you acidic and your body can easily absorb it.
So yeah, basically snake oil bullshit. People fall for this stupid shit, never mind that even if It did do this bullshit, the same people are still drinking 5 diet cokes a day.

I have yet to see anybody break enough of a sweat while working out with weights, that warrants walking around the gym with a gallon jug of water in hand. I usually snicker when I see it.

There's a guy at my gym who wears a Rich Piana 5%er tank top all the time. He has a mental disorder I'm pretty sure as I see him doing cartwheels and karate tricks and shit when the gym isn't too crowded and he screams at the top of his lungs lifting relatively light weight. He's pretty jacked though.
