that gets registered when you try to log in but get informed that you are still banned. It gets registered as account activity. Probably testing to see if his infinite ban has expired.

If his ban is eternal, then why don't mods eliminate his account?

What did he do that was so severe to deserve this? Was it just because of dropping the N bomb on Lobsta?

That's not true.  One complaint / person complaining doesn't result in a ban.  There is always more to it than that.  This board is the most lenient I've seen.
