I have nothing against immigrants. In fact, I'm an immigrant to Canada (not an asylum seeker or anything, my family actually took the legit route to get here). But when immigrants come to a country and expect the country to bend to their customs, instead of the other way around, then the question should be asked: "what the fuck are you doing here in the first place?!"
I can't speak for immigrants from places outside of where I'm originally from, but as someone who came here from the ex-Soviet Union, I can say that a lot of Russians/Ukrainians/Belarussians/etc... shit on Canadians for being dumb or too polite, etc... And it astonishes me when they claim that Russia was such a great place to live and how Canada will never be close to as good. Well, then what the fuck are you still doing here?! Go back to Mother Russia, and suck Putin's dick if you like it there so much. But of course they won't go back, they KNOW they have a better life here. They just need to find SOMETHING to complain about.
I got a bit off subject there, but I think this goes for Arab asylum seekers. There's nothing wrong with going to a country which will keep you safe and give you a better life. We all want that. But when you start trying to change that country, THAT'S when we have a problem. If you really like Syria or Pakistan or whatever shit-hole you crawled out of better than a civilized EU or North American nation, then why the fuck did you come here in the first place? Clearly these heatheness secular nations aren't your thing. So go back to Sharia and enjoy being stoned to death for having the oddassity of being raped.
