I feel like Thompson is just looking to do anything to stay relevant. His NSL thing flopped for the most part, but he still wants to be in the lime light.

I agree that the npc. Ifbb IS a monopoly..its been proven that in the past that they have punished competitors who compete in other organizations. I like the idea of having other options if u don't lil the npc

This is why I've been warning every athlete to stay away from Lee Thompson and the Nspire League. I don't know what the hell is his problem but his actions are going to be detrimental to any athlete who decides to join up with him. If you don't like the NPC then join an organization that doesn't resort to cheesy tactics like Troy Alves group. Or hang with me in the NGA or the WNBF or NABBA.

Its getting ridiculous and I would not be surprised if Lee Thompson ends up in the woods dead with multiple gunshots. He is really fucking with fire and that fire is going to incinerate him

Not sure of its affiliation (if any) but there is a new organization named GRYMKO INTERNATIONAL.... which I assume is 'associated' with Peter Grymkowski whom everyone respects and is definitely nothing like Lee Thompson if all this stuff we're hearing is true.

I took a look at the NSPIRE web site and have to admit that it is confusing as hell.

And while I'm in this 'complaining' mood .... the term "classic' is a bit confusing when it is used as the name of a sporting event such as "ARNOLD CLASSIC WORLDWIDE" and then used as the name of an individual bodybuilding contest such as "classic bodybuilding" within the Arnold Classic Worldwde

An attempt to Google the outcome of the Classic Bodybuilding event that is promoted within the ARNOLD CLASSIC WORLDWIDE was met without success.

But, what the hell! I'm pretty stupid when it comes to GOOGLE-IZING much of anything anyway!

As far as the TROY ALVES GROUP goes, I haven't heard anything about that until I read it above.

I'm surprised that Troy is starting his own organization as I always figured him to be closely associated with the NPC/IFBB.

Taking a quick look at his website, it looks like he intends to share the wealth with the contenders and their coaches.

Actually ..., the INTENT reads as follows ... "The intent of the TAP is to cater to this majority of athletes by providing them with exciting and rewarding opportunities."

I seriously doubt that the GROUP will be in business long enough to make that happen.

In the end this will all come down to corruption and tax fraud. "IF" there is any tax evasion going on that will be easier to prove than corruption.

WANNABE PRO states that Thompson may just be looking to do anything to stay relevant.

That may be a strong possibility and Thompson may not have a 'leg' to stand on if the allegations prove to be false when the case is presented before the judge.

If those allegations are proven to be false, I strongly believe that the court should make Thompson pay for all the legal and court expenses on both sides which includes his own lawyer fees and the NPC/IFBB lawyer fees and every other expense involved in the case.

This would most likely reduce the number of frivolous court cases held within the US each year.

If people really think his stuff is going to flop then let it flop and move on. He doesn't have any big names on his side so it will be bikini and physique wanna bes who pay to have their families come watch them

What he did do is cause the IFBB to step their game up. They've got the Rock and his wife to produce stuff Olympia weekend so I'm sure the show will be better and more professionally done. The stage was great but the actual show was somewhat of a snoozefest. They should mark people down for looking like they were falling asleep on stage.
