Sure does. I was just debating this with a buddy the other day. He kept insisting that her being white and blonde had nothing to do with it.  Yeah, right. 

Was she "hurt"?  Yes, she was, but at this point her damages are minimal.  She got quite a few lucrative endorsements once this happened--endorsements she never would have gotten without this exposure.  The hotel did wrong and should be fined a symbolic amount.  No way she deserves $55 million.
