1/2 of that is to the video taper who can't afford it and the court knows it.  It's sort of a gesture fine.  In reality its hotel owing $28 million.  They are already appealing.  This was some shit court house in Tennessee

Strange since I bet it helped her career, not hurt.

She was awarded for the emotional damage, not monetary damages, which was clearly shown were not incurred.
