I do not see anything wrong with what Cent did, in my opinion, I leave it at that.  My employer has nothing to do with how I feel about a situations.  Now, that being said, I would not handle the situation in the same manner.

With the way that situation in particularthat was written, calling a man a "pussy" in that instance are fighting words. Saying things one may not like and insinuating a fight, are two different animals.  If you use words with another man that may insinuate a fight, one should be ready to suffer the consequences.

A slap or shove is fine. Someone wants to publicly insult someone, then he should be ready for confrontation, verbal or physical. Evan would not be justified in sending the kid to the nearest emergency room, but a slap or shove is not a big deal.
