He doesn't seem like a particularly hard trainer, nor does he seem very strong.
(...Which is probably smart. See Ronnie Coleman's hip and spine for an example of where the really hard trainers end up.)
Everyone keeps talking about how Ronnie fucked himself up lifting heavy weights. But how come retired strongmen, powerlifters, and olympic lifters don't have his problems? Surely they outlifted even Ronnie in their prime? Maybe Ronnie was just predisposed to having hip/joint/back problems in the future and the heavy lifting just aggravated it more. But I'm just speculating, maybe his form wasn't as good as we all thought it was?
As for Compton, I think he has intensity when he trains. He doesn't lift too heavy or toss weight around like Branch, but he has intensity and goes to the gym to get in work. Plus, his photos pre-contest are pretty badass, see below:

I think he should just do what Jason Huh does. Stay big, stay freaky, grow a beard, make training videos and take IG pics in a tank top. Will probably get him more money and popularity than competing, and healthier in the long-run.
