On ignoring the question, she didn't ignore it, she took a lot of time going over most of the 3 or 4 part question. Much of the response dealt with how little there is of the allegations and that there was nothing to them. So when that part was repeated, she was reasonable in saying that she isn't even going to consider it. Much the same as if they asked "If you were struck by lightning, and rendered a vegetable, would you want your name withdrawn from the ballots? while you can argue it is a possibility and deserves an answer, it really doesn't
