No comparison...As soon as the boxer gets close enough to land a punch, the UFC guy grabs him and it's over. And remember, the UFC guy can box also, and kick the boxers head off. A good wrestler will also beat a good boxer nine times out of ten for the same reason.

Well, they try to. Their boxing ability is atrocious most of the time.

They are basically saying this was the very beginning of UFC and the idea was to prove how superior jiu jitsu was to other fighting styles.

Way too many variables to give a definite answer. For every Couture over Toney, there has been a Mercer over Sylvia. Even now, while I think Fabricio Werdum would take down and submit Tyson Fury in a fight, I could see Gennady Golovkin KO'ing Robbie Lawler.
