Vegans seem to waste a lot of time trying to make all their meals colorful and it is also seems to be very time consuming. I've done vegan a couple times  and ended up feeling not so great. Best I ever felt was on zero carb eating mainly meat eggs salmon and butter. My fat content was pretty high.

I love juicy meat. It tastes sublime and makes me dance. But the best I've felt was when I ate my calories from nuts and white beans. Hunger stayed at bay and I felt really good physically and mentally, I ain't gonna lie.

I've eaten  mainly a lower type carb diet most of my life and like I said done vegan strict a couple of time for a few months. I've been on zero carb for about 6 weeks with limited variety. Immeditally I noticed a better feeling a well being and I only eat when I feel I need to and I have zero cravings.

I'm not familiar with this Vegan kid but he managed to 'convince me' that he was going to carry through with this steakhouse threat.

And then I read one of the earlier comments recommending that someone should report this dude before he annihilated the whole dam steakhouse.

So I decided to give that a try and did some 'googling' to see what could be done if someone threatened on the net to do something similar to a terrorist act such as killing a bunch of diners in a steakhouse.

And "WOW!" what a mess that turned out to be!

As per the recommendation on some website, I called an office in Washington, DC, and had to sit through a long winded message regarding 'stuff' that was completely off subject.

But I persisted and within 5 minutes a live voice came on the phone who introduced himself as an FBI agent and immediately asked me to identify myself.

I did as requested and started to mention the 'problem' but it was apparent that the agent could not hear me (although I could hear him perfectly) and stated that he would hang up if I did not respond.

And he did in fact .... hang up.

So I called back once again and after listening to a long recording once again .... an operator came on to direct me to the proper authority only to inform me that my complaint would have to be directed to the local police station.

And without any further word... she hung up.

I tried once again as recommended by another 'crisis reporting' website only to be told that I would have to call back tomorrow between 8 to 5.

SO.... being the good citizen that I pretend to be .... I placed a call to the local police department and once again sat through a long recording of needless information until a real live person came on the line.

I managed to give her a brief explanation of this life threatening situation only to be told that I would have to call the police jurisdiction in which the 'situation' occurred.

And she also immediately hung up.

By this time I thought that it was pretty damn funny and pretty damn stupid at the same time.........

SO ... I called a long time friend who is a Federal Marshal (Nope! Not Wyatt Erp!]) who listened intently and was concerned and I should be hearing more later today.

During all this phone calling, I did learn something important ......

If you are considering 'suicide', you have to call a different number!

So have a pen and paper handy.

And a comfortable place to sit in while listening to a bunch of unrelated recordings only to eventually discover  that you have called the wrong number and have to call someplace else.

No matter whom or where you call ...... it's the wrong number!

Or if could be the correct number but ...... you have to call tomorrow!

Well it's hard to get energy from vegan diet if you can't even take carbs from grains. Pretty much all the super foods that have deceant amount of calories have carbs as well.

And of course if you aim to be 5% body fat I guess you can't take any carbs, period. But sustaining 10%bf or under is easy if you take most of your calories and energy from grains, eating all you want.

Just to make sure, I'm not a vegan, I don't have sex with animals, I love meat.

TURBO, Yea I figured it out but it took a while with the help from some of you GetBiggers.

And I did not realize that he was a 'foreigner' until I realized that the city looked somewhat strange to me.

But the one interesting thing I do realize now is that it is damn hard to get a decent response team on the telephone in time to rescue an entire steakhouse from some deranged individual who tells the entire world that he's on his way.

1. This is just insane that the video is still up. Regardless if there was an original ending that was edited out, and this is considered a "parody" version of the Elliot Rodger video.

2. There is a report link you can click on YouTube videos. Everyone should report it.

3. The video is not on his channel. It's on a similar looking channel. Regardless what channel it's on, no fuck should be able to profit from views from this type of video.
