Not that I'm aware of but to me it looks like she probably just started walking off as that other lady passed in front of her.

She did. She's right behind the woman. You can see her move in the same direction as the woman. Obviously she's just behind her in the shot.

Remember, it's an old film trick. Film is 2D, so it lets you do certain things since there is no true depth.
