It is illegal for public schools to deny illegal immigrants an education.

It's not hard. Ask them for their visas and green cards. They need to show proof of their status. There are laws that exist already. The Federal government made it difficult for law enforcement to determine the status of an illegal immigrant by claiming they would be racially profiled if their legal status was questioned just by appearance. This of course is horse shit and shows you the problem started in Washington with the Obama regime.
