Why Not Cruise on 600mg Test For Life?
« on: March 23, 2016, 04:40:30 PM »
It has been shown in medical studies that there is no difference in side effects between 250mg and 600mg a week of test and it seems above 600mg is when negative side effects become more apparent. So why skimp with cruising on 150-200mg when you can cruise on 600mg and get better gains and no side effect difference. Is it more strain on the heart? I don't see how it can be if you donate blood every 3 months.  And I dont see how you can be "more shutdown" on 600mg test vs 250mg. Your testicles are shut down anyways even on 100mg test. It makes no difference.

it seems that most peeps on the net say that 200 mg test per week is the ideal cruise dose, with a variance ranging from 100 mg to 300 mg (100 to 125 mg is real trt dose, not 2 or 300 like some here try to say  :D :D :D)

i've used up to 875 mg per week without issues ie. one amp of sust eod

i did try 1 amp per day which is 1750 mg per week and it was too much

from what i've read deca and primo are "safer" than test so if this is true then maybe it's better to stack one of them with test, both at lower doses, for a lifetime cruise?

For one thing, you will definitely need an AI at anything over 200-250mg per week. At 600mg without an AI your e2 levels will be out of control, therefore tonnes of water retention and likely some fat gain. Expect poor lipids when using an AI and that's not a good thing when you intend to use for life!

Haemocrit and the prostate would be two other concerns, but perhaps your studies cite there isn't a greater adverse effect on these two at 250 v 600?

Technically you can cruise on any dosage.

600mg was the dosage used in the study, but that doesn't mean it's a safe long term dose.

Having said this, I know a guy who's been on a 1000mg cruise for over 15 years with no issues, so go figure.

I love life on test, I'm sure it will take a few years off but the quality of life is so much better.

Agreed. At 250 mg/w I rarely (but sometimes) need an AI. At 200 mg/w I wouldn't need any ancillary, ever. To me that is a (very crude) marker of safety.

Why? Do your e2 levels drop to within normal ranges?

Just do a pubmed search on testosterone.. They compared 200 mg vs 400 vs 600...   Sides went up as dose went up, mainly alterations on cholesterol among other things...

I was thinking along ur lines though, like cruising on 400 test 300 deca for a few years.

I've been on 500mg test & 300mg deca for about 8 months now & it has been amazing. I wouldn't call this a cruise, as it's a low dose cycle imo, but it's been great & I can see myself using this as my base cruise dose now & just having a couple of blast cycles a year to gain more muscle.

The Deca makes everything feel sooooooooooooo good & the test keep sme full, maintains my gains etc.

Lol, 8 months is a cycle.    Any bad effects?  Blood work done?   That makes me feel better others are doing the same...   Do use caber with that low dose of deca?  I was thinking B6 may be all u need on those levels for the prolactin etc...

No sides or bad effects.

I take 1/4 femera 2x a week & that's all I need to keep estrogen at bay.

I had blood tests all was well. Mind you, I don't drink, do drugs or eat much crap & keep my bf around 10-12% tops, which really makes a difference imo.

I used 400mg B6 a day & that did the trick.

Honestly I feel best mentally on about 100mg a week. But muscle is better with a higher dose than that of  course. I'm still striving to keep my doses low

I look better off low test and high nandro and other compounds.
I feel better on more test lower nandro.
Only exception is tren, I feel amazing on whatever dose, except when i get the mindfk at night.
Eq nukes my libido as well.

Imho best cruising dose, is the highest dose of test that you can use without needing ANY ancillery or getting any side effect because this is the dose your body can tolerate.

Only way to know for sure is to get bloodwork done.  I can use 750mg of test per week for months on end and I don't need an AI at all.  I don't get gyno at all no matter what or how much I take.  I have a friend that needs an AI at 250mg per week.  Everyone is different, and you really should be getting labs done at least twice a year if you're always on.

Here goes nothing but I actually feel my best in 125mg of test a week and 500 hcg Monday Wednesday Friday. With the hcg I have to use have an arimidex tablet Monday and Thursday. But honestly can say I never feel better than on cruise

At 600mgs a week a lot of extra side effects will most likely happen. Some people could probably cruise on 600mgs a week and not have side effects but most people would see negative effects eventually. Me personally I would experience hair loss, high estrogen, high hematocrit levels, high blood pressure, and worse lipids. A lot of the guys on here are vets and seem to not get many negative side effects so I expect most of you just tolerate steroids very well.

test didn't kick my ass side effect wise til i took it up to 1750 mg per week

currently i'm running 875 mg per week and all is well

i plan to get some deca in about 3 weeks and then i'll drop the test to 700 mg per week and add in 560 mg of deca
