took a walk in a nice park today

 went to the gym at 10 am, worked out for 1 hour. came home, ate some food, did a few house chores. decided to take a nice power walk at a nice park by my house. (el dorado park, near cypress ca) let me tell you, walking in a nice park,
with the sun shining on your head, music going from the iPhone, bottle of water to sip on, is outstanding. families having party's, kids playing, rented jumpers everywhere. doesn't get better than that. and the women????? women everywhere!!!!
yoga pants everywhere, women walking like me, hanging out with their families, ect. and don't even bring up the smells at the part :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) carna asada cooking everywhere ::) ::) ::) ::) ::). every direction i looked as i walked,
people were cooking, smelled so fucking good, i was almost drooling. everybody having fun, no tuff guys, no drunks.

and the connected dog park???????????? forget about it. pussy heaven. if i wasn't married, i would rent a small dog, go to the dog park, and it would be on like donkey kong(stealing Ronnie's line on that one :-\)

got a nice 45 minute power walk done, had a good time, left the park feeling great. ready for another day.

I had a bike ride this beautiful day, sun, music, life is good, and I'm not married, that's even better. Good things comming, summer comming, my abs is comming, bring it on.

i bought the annual pass for 30 bucks.so make a lap going around the lake and then by the dog park. takes about 45 minutes.
