Um... I do.  It was a fun show.  I can't remember if it was this show or a similar, but one had a hot girl named Kiana Tom on, and a guy, Rick Valenti.

As for the clothes, those were very fashionable at the time, and, very comfortable.

I remember in the 90's, when bodyshaping was the shit.  Everyone was doing step classes with those stackable plastic platforms.  I remember going to the gym, and there would be a class of 30 bitches stomping away on those platforms.  I can still hear it like it was yesterday.  Stomp, Stomp, Clap, Stomp, Stomp, Clap....

Tuesday mornings, on ESPN, was the latest episode of Muscle Magazine(around 1993ish). Those were great times. The show would run after all of the fitness morning shows.

I could be wrong, but I think that one of the main sponsors of that show was a clothing company that sold spandex workout clothes. If you wanted to be on the show, you had to wear the clothing of the sponsor.... and a Valeo workout belt.

shows like these would not fly these day and age on any network.....Dennis Austin was my favorite show for Obvious reasons.. ;D

Wow! She inspired me to teach aerobics. Her and Tamilee Webb. Wow you all are taking it back! The fitness industry was more mainstream then but not as lucrative. Go figure
