Which one is better?

Hello!
So which one do you guys think is better for "estrogen control"
DIM or 3-OHAT? I haven't used either one of them but i hear that 3-OHAT 
is THE SHIT plus since Mr. Kneller invented it my gut feeling is going for 3-OHAT.
