He did AFTER the filming of Hercules. He was completely natural by end of 1983 and stayed that way through 1984 and supposedly was down to 250 pounds that year. Second pic is of him getting his cycle out of his system and the first pic is of him completely natural.

The way he looked during the filming of Hercules in 1982, I don't think he even needed to pop a diuretic. He was huge and shredded at the same time. Best ever condition of Lou. He would have even beaten Arnold in 1975 and definitely 1980 in his 1982 shape imo.

in the 2nd pic black n white I described his forearms as Eddie Munster whiffle ball bats.

I worked out at golds and saw him regularly. I remember doing legs on a machine next to him and he was loading plates on the leg press. His dam forearms were like logs!
