He sucked so bad in that Batman movie.  Un-watchable.

He managed to do a voice that was ever dumber than Christian Bale's bat voice.

Yeah thought his bane was really good. And I give him credit that he kept the mask on the entire movie, unlike the marvel actors that have to constantly find an excuse to not have their mask on.

He didn't even do the voice as bane u fuckhead. He was voicedover by an old ass gandalf guy.

That's not what I read.  Not at all.  I read that he did it and you couldn't understand him, so they had to re-record him.  I'd been overdubbed, but it's him.

Still waiting for your source because I think it's bullshit.  I've hear Hardy talk about the Bane voice he came up with and used in the film. 

Again, they had to re-dub it but I've never heard anyone allege that it wasn't his voice.

That was a good movie. At first I thought he was a little slow/mentally retarded in it but then it all added up by the end making it pretty neat.
Also good in Child 44.
