The whole "DRUGS DON'T MAKE THE BODY, IT'S TRAINING IS BULLSHIT", look at the pros when they go off, no bigger than most natural guys at the gym, I train 5 days a week, one major/minor per day, with abs, cardio and calves at least 4 days, diet is good, not great, not even near the size nor build of a pro, I also put up some good weight, so only 5%, no f**king way, look at Tom. Dorian and all the other "retired" pros.
And to become a pro, have to find a stripper that will support you so you can eat,lift, cardio and sleep all day, then when your girl is at work, get pissed cause some members of the gym go in the place
