Possible causes of less potent gear: underdosed or estrogen production response?

If using gear from an underground lab which is dosed supposedly at 200 mg per cc and after two weeks of four injections Total (2 a week of 200 mg each)  and I'm not getting the normal response I would after being off for his long as I have (well over a year)  and by normal response I'm just rapid increase of energy, sex drive, and intensity, and morning spears, that all usually kick in by the third shot, are pretty much non-existant. Usually these feature come on for me by dose two or three (and about half the dose I'm trying now!), so I'm concerned. My first concern is a fake product; 2nd (more likely) is an under dosed product. Since a friend who's whole group uses this product and are satisfied, and my friend purchased it for me,  refusing to take any money for it I can see you soon there's not a blatant cheat or rip off going on. His explination is his believe that taking 400 mg a week and maybe overstimulating estrogen production and dampening some of the more obvious sexual type affects: his believe that taking 400 mg a week and maybe overstimulating estrogen production and dampening some of the more obvious sexual type effects.  He cleans of notice is happening to him and uses an anti-estrogen which he will give me access to as well  (Armidex EOD).

 Any thoughts or opinions?  Like I said since others have used same product and experience results although admitted not the dramatic, almost instant affect that comes with pharmaceutical test, The estrogen scenario seems plausible. As I said any sort of ripped off or cheat it's highly unlikely considering I offered to pay for it and was refused,  so I am thinking it's either severely underdosed or maybe I actually do need to add estrogen inhibitor... any thoughts or opinions greatly appreciated thank you all very much!

I think a goodly percentage of the problem is that it is not from a pharmaceutical company with quality standards and testing.

I highly doubt the estrogen theory.

Sometimes you might not feel a quick kick for whatever reason. Personally I would stick maybe 5cc at once, some dose that will give quick water retention if legit but I understand if this strategy is not desirable for many

Don't do the logical thing like blood work. Instead, rely on the opinions of strangers on the internet.

It always amazes me how people who juice decide the most important aspect of a cycle , like seeing a doctor and doing regular tests, is never on their to do list.
