I honestly don't even give a shit about lifting........however, I'm WAY into crossfit type workouts
EDIT: I don't "meal prep".....I eat clean...I usually only just have breakfast and dinner because that's all I really need...I don't need 6 meals a day....clean snacks in between if my body is hungry ......mandatory "free meal" on Monday nights(I don't use the phrase "Cheat meal" because by doing that you give a unwarranted, negative connotation to certain foods which is a very bad thing to do)....sometimes I'll have a second free meal during the week as well if my body tells me but it rarely happens
I still look okay but my physique doesn't rule my life like it used to....the sad thing is I got rid of the "physique albatross" so now I actually have to get a real life with something fullfilling
