Author Topic: Why Has Phil Heath's Entire Look Changed Over the Past Few Years? (Read 10881 times)

He used to come in shredded and full and his muscles just a certain pop to them. These past 3-4 years, he's come in full, but not shredded. He also looks way different in the face compared to how he used to look.

Here are some comparison pictures:

2009: Notice how different his face looks compared to now.

Now look at these pictures, notice how his neck is way bigger, his face is way different, he just doesn't look the same. Regardless of his physique, he just looks like a different person sort of. It's weird. Not sure if he is just aging badly or what.

It's like his muscle quality changed. It used to be smooth round, ripped full muscles, now it's looking haggard, beaten, less defined. And he just looks way different.

He was on for the 2015 night show. So really you can't say he's lost it, at low bodyfat things change all the time so the look can change hour to hour.

The face well drugs over time.

As with all these great athletes, the big question always is how good is their gear?

Pure? Contaminated? Mislabeled? etc etc...

Then of course there is the inevitable organ damage that is occurring during this entire time. Yes yes I know the liver can heal itself. Ask Munzer how incredible the human body truly is!

Idk about that. He is carrying quite a bit of mass still. He does seem like he was made to be stocky and carry weight but I don't know about that much. He is one of the few pros that didn't shrivel up and never look like he touched a weight or got fat.

Maybe his supplement line really works

Jay is not Ronnie. Ronnie is Ronnie. Ronnie became pro as a lifetime natural. Jay did not.
