TBH, I'd seen most of these before - except for the one of Martinez - so I don't think there's necessarily been any tampering.  However, there are a couple on there that certainly have since returned to form, viz Kevin Levrone's recent transformation, and of course Flex 'Wheel'* and his ongoing oil odyssey... is there a full set of kidneys for everyone in this vid?

*gotta love a vid that remembers the umlaut in Günter, but gets Flex's surname wrong  :D

If you look at their faces, a couple of these photos might be before instead of after steroids.

It's not like they would mantain that size and condition eternaly.

At least they achieved some sort of greatness, bodybuilding wise. Other just be mirin.
