I felt like saying well god made fucking maggots as well does that mean we are equal to them?

The most disgusting part of this is that she is incredibly intelligent and can use logic and reason better than most women I've known, but there is this religious pollution in her head that cannot be overridden. Christianity will be the DEATH of the white race.

Religious yoyos make me cringe. It's the same across the world. Religion is a product of where you're born and who parents you. Suicide bombers are no different from Catholics....they're raised with different ideals and a different fictitious book to follow. How someone of average/above average intelligence can't seem to connect the bullshit in religion, is quite something.

Try teaching religion to someone starting at the age of 30...they would laugh at you and your make believe book.

She's right though. An individual's value shouldn't be judged on their skin colour, which is what you seemed to be applying.
Of course, people of different races tend to have different genetic traits due to thousands of years of evolutionary and geographic differences but that doesn't automatically make everyone belong to one race superior to everyone belonging to another.
Would you consider a white, unemployed drug pusher superior to a hardworking black doctor purely because of his skin colour? If you do, that doesn't reflect well on you.

That's potential entertainment gold!! The "LOL" possibilities are almost endless. On the G&O, religion threads (99% of which are attack ridicule threads) can get traction via bandwagoning against theists, random meme posting, hit and run attacks, virtual high fives with like minded unbelievers....ample ridicule and mockery potential galore!!

That's why most theists stay away and don't comment in the threads.

That's also why God haters like Croatch never actually deep dive in the religious discussion....just hit and run attacks and when called on it gives the coward's excuse "religion is illogical and stupid and beneath me....not worth my time" spiel. LOL, ok.

On the the religion board I'm a moderator and can actually moderate the religion threads. Too much on the G&O for mods to constantly babysit a few religion threads...I get it.

God didn't make us all equal, that is a lousy argument. People who can use/have all their limbs have an advantage over those born without legs or arms. That advantage means people aren't born equal. She could have said God has given us all worth.

Yeah, there is an obvious difference in terms of equality when it comes to physical advantages. Some people are just born with physical advantages. Those that are not, will have to learn how to navigate a world that is meant for Able-bodied people (people without disabilities). From the perspective of inherent worth, I guess we should all be treated equal, i.e., we should all be treated equally based on who we are as humans and how we treat others. Obviously, it doesn't always work out like that.
