Bunch of 50 year old pussys. I'm 59, and I'm not ego lifting. Somebody said I was coming up too high.
I think I am too. I'm going to correct that, and just come to parallel. Like I said, I just started doing these.
I am going to lift as heavy as I can for as long as I can!!!

I once spotted _aj_ on a set of DB presses where he did the 120s for 10 full reps, so I hope you weren't talking about him.

But, there's no trophy or anything you get from lifting weight incorrectly.   Better to use a weight that eliminates momentum necessary to heave up the weight.   You once said recently you went on TRT.....you probably feel great, but don't let it make you feel so good that fall back into the same things that made you hurt your shoulder and your knees.

All you'll end up with is a fucked up back to compliment your festering smelly scrotum.

Drop some weight and stop being fat.  Actually, drop a lot of weight, and use the TRT to make you stay strong, but within reason.

You take an extra scoop of pre-workout, and then you impersonate Rico Piano by saying "let's fucking do this shit!"

Working to increase my deadlift. After researching (and working on) proper form I'm looking at exceeding the most recent max by 5%. Form sucked before and it feels better (not easier but kind of different) using proper form. Probably don't look any different (cardio allergy, LOL!) but I'm not struggling as much with some of the lifts.

The people I see at the gym who look the best (over time) have the strictest form.

I just don't see a point to putting your ego on the bar or feeling there's something to prove.

Might be another 50 year old pussy but it's about health and being fit at this point.

You seem to have the terms "pussy" and "smart" confused.

And I bet your nuts still smell like gingiviits

Go easy on him, like Ronnie Coleman, I am sure that using "man weight" and yanking it all around will have zero future repercussions. You're just being a pussy!

It's about the same as the natural test production of a young male

crazy how trt users still don't lose any muscle during time off and the young males who are not on trt lose muscle during time off

For an older male who is deficient, 100mgs is actually a standard replacement dose.  I am considering TRT, but I'm putting it off as long as possible.  It's getting harder and harder for me to gain/keep muscle, no matter how dialed in my training/diet is.

Not sure if this is the case.. It depends on so many factors like dosages, time on/off periods and lifestyle factors like training, nutrition and sleep. Most typical young users I see, don't bust their balls in the gym when off and they don't give a shit about nutrition or sleep. Older people tend to care much more about their lifestyle and its effect on their health.

yeyeyeyeyeye i was just fuckng with yall. but even if i had my lifestyle in order. like perfect sleep habbits, eating habbits and training habbits i would never look like aj without taking test, i would never look like u without taking test, droppingplates. it's just a fact. i would gain some muscle quality and on paper i would be improving, but in looks the differene would be like one or two percent. i was looking at my old photos when i was at my best shape of my life when i basically lived in the gym, and now that i only do bodyweight training and half assing with everything, the difference isn't gigantic, it's very noticable and i am far skinnier, but only when comparing the work i put in back then and the work i put in now. if i used test i would grow bigger by just doing twenty push ups before bed than when i did deadlifts, squats, pull ups with weights and "heavy lifting".

whatever, i guess i'm just bitter. i miss my healthy knees and back  :'(

Comes the moment that you realize that -- for the most part -- training to improve your physique without hormones is pretty pointless. Takes some folks a long time to get here. Welcome.

Sure, point out the 1:1,000,000 as the rule. Maybe the exception that proves the rule?

Also, he was using gear too. Get used to it.

Get used to what -aj-? a lot of old timers built solid physiques without any drugs. Sure they didnīt look "freaky" like the guys today but were strong. You canīt say only with drugs. I understand some older guys helping nature a bit.

The thread is about Bent over rows. I am not anti drugs as i think itīs an individual choice. you do it itīs your business. Just was never my world. I of course know people who use them and i never ask about it. They do their thing and good is..really that simple.

You have to wonder how many guys need TRT due to obesity.
